How can I let you know I want to play November 11th? I cannot make the Tuesday evening meeting .... it's election night, and I am a volunteer at an election headquarters Tuesday night ...

We always put an away tournament sign up sheet on the Mens Club board about six weeks before the tournament. Most courses require us to commit a final count of players 10 days to two weeks in advance of the event date. At that time we are responsible to pay for X amount of players. We had 24 players (6 groups) signed up when I took down the sheet last week. I don't have any openings unless someone calls to cancel this week or doesn't show up the day of the tournament.
